You may vis­it our web­site with­out inform­ing us of who you are and with­out hav­ing to pro­vide us with your per­son­al details. It is how­ev­er pos­si­ble that we will ask for your details to pro­vide infor­ma­tion which you have request­ed from us. We will not store your details in our data­base and we will not use your data for oth­er pur­pos­es. We fur­ther­more declare that we will not pass on your details to third par­ties.

Secu­ri­ty and qual­i­ty of infor­ma­tion
It is our inten­tion to safe­guard the qual­i­ty and integri­ty of per­son­al details. We have imple­ment­ed tech­ni­cal and man­age­ment pro­ce­dures in order to ensure that the infor­ma­tion is kept up-to-date, accu­rate and com­plete. We will respond to users who ask to check, mod­i­fy or remove their stored details as quick­ly as pos­si­ble through info@ibpm.nl.

Per­son­al Data Stor­age
We store the data from experts inter­est­ed to work for us in our own data­base. We only use the data for selec­tion of experts in rel­e­vant projects. We do not share per­son­al infor­ma­tion to third par­ties and we do not accept per­son­al data from third par­ties. In case we are asked to, we will first ask writ­ten approval from the expert. The data­base is stored on our own servers in The Nether­lands. We store the data for 5 years and once a year we will send a reminder to experts that they are in our data­base.

Gov­ern­ing Law: This data stor­age pol­i­cy is gov­erned by the laws of the Nether­lands, includ­ing the Gen­er­al Data Pro­tec­tion Reg­u­la­tion (GDPR) and the Dutch Data Pro­tec­tion Act.
